Moses Saphir is a famous German humorist and he was a person who made people laugh. Actually, he was very successful in this his activity. People say that those who know a lot never talk about it and they keep silence or they make jokes of everything terrible they know. And the same is true for humorists also. They are people who know a lot.
Though, they never talk about those things they know because they know that people are scared and they need no another factor that will make them afraid of this life.
